Birthday

Okay, so it's my thirteenth birthday today, but oddly enough I'm just not excited? I mean I'm going out to a theme park with three of my best friends in like two hours, but I feel nothing. *sigh* I might get more excited later... Oh I can wear my new shirt, and bracelet... Okay I'm excited, yaaaay!

I just HAVE to share my pain with anyone who reads this. Well, you all know of the wonderful, fantastic, amazing etc. etc. Coca Cola right??
Well, thanks to the creation of braces, I am no longer allowed to enjoy it!!! Yeah, I'm jealous of those of you, going
around enjoying your Cokes *sigh*
Anyway, that's the end of my tangent I am just interested to know if there are any other good food and drinks that are okay for (horrible) braces!

Rollerblading

Wow, I went rollerblading for the first time today, it was AMAZING!!
I can't believe more people don't do it?
Anyway, another reason it is so cool, is 'cos it is vintage!!
But unfortunately it does give you big blisters •_•
So to conclude, I will be rollerskating again!

Hey everyone!
OMG, I have just discovered the best band! One direction, they sang 'That's what makes you beautiful' and 'Gotta be You' So good! But, I really don't think anyone can beat Rihanna though...
Anyway, tomorrow is awesome! I get to wear, wait for it... JEANS...To SCHOOL! Because of an excursion, wooooh!
Anyway, school's almost over, which means looong summer holidays, chillin' next to the pool, the glory.

Modern meets old

So if any of you live in Perth, Australia, you may know about a pretty awesome mall.
Harbourtown, where everything is factory outlets. Yes, pretty much Girltopia!
Anyway, going there, I couldn't believe what I had seen... An orange vintage style dress!!
Perfect for the beach theme of graduation??? I think yes. Anyway, my lovely beautiful fantastic Nanna has volunteered to take me there! Aaaaaand, as the weather progresses toward sweltering hot, more dresses for sale everyone (air high five!) so that is my post of the day, before I, yes really, play a game of netball... Outside in the 34 degree heat *sigh*

Well, I have found that a lot of fashion stores are selling vintage style, clothing, which suits me just fine.
Anyway, getting with the title of this blog: watermelons and smiles, smiling is exactly what I did today when, yes, I only just realised, it is Thursday!!
